So here goes!


As the name may suggest, this drink consists mainly of apple cider vinegar and turmeric, and it also has some lemon juice. Each of these ingredients are powerhouses on their own, so when they come together it’s a potent drink! Yes, potent!

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is kind of amazing. It has a long list of proven benefits including:

INGREDIENTS 3X ( you can scale down or a scale up, but important to drink one cup per day; I have 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup in the evening)

πŸ‘‰πŸ½ 3 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed (can be substituted with 100% lemon juice)

πŸ‘‰πŸ½ 1 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey, or more to taste (optional, to sweeten)

πŸ‘‰πŸ½ pinch of cayenne pepper powder (x3)
