Merle is the founder and Director of Khula Nami Human Capital (T/A Khula Nami Services) which specializes in Human Capital consulting, training and workshop facilitation.

Candice believes that as an Entrepreneur, it is important to put in place multiple streams of income. One of SME Women’s core focus areas is Property, as Candice believes that every Woman Entrepreneur needs to pursue Property as an investment strategy in order to generate additional streams of income, whilst pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams. She also believes that it is important to learn how to successfully build an online business in today’s global economic climate.
