So here goes!
APPLE CIDER TURMERIC DETOX DRINK
As the name may suggest, this drink consists mainly of apple cider vinegar and turmeric, and it also has some lemon juice. Each of these ingredients are powerhouses on their own, so when they come together it’s a potent drink! Yes, potent!
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is kind of amazing. It has a long list of proven benefits including:

ππ½ acts as a cold remedy (it soothes a sore ππ½ throat and clears a stuffy nose!),
ππ½ boosts energy prevents indigestion
regulates blood sugar level
ππ½ lowers cholesterol
reduces risk of heart disease
may prevent cancer
ππ½ benefits the skin (it acts as a dandruff treatment and a skin toner to clear acne!)
ππ½ aids in weight loss!
Turmeric

INGREDIENTS 3X ( you can scale down or a scale up, but important to drink one cup per day; I have 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup in the evening)
ππ½ 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
ππ½ 3 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed (can be substituted with 100% lemon juice)
ππ½ 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
ππ½ 3 cups hot or warm water
ππ½ 1 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey, or more to taste (optional, to sweeten)
ππ½ pinch of cayenne pepper powder (x3)
