Reflecting on this year, at times I still find myself in complete shock realising how life has changed in just a few months. With masks and social distancing being introduced into societies around the world for the sake of apparently preventing the virus from spreading, one realises how easy it is for governments to get people to do what they want them to do. There are different perspectives on “the truth of COVID-19” and what is happening behind the scenes and I guess everyone is entitled to form their own personal beliefs on the matter. For me personally I believe this is a form of war and the progression of moving towards a “one world government”. Many countries are working on a vaccine for this virus, but how legitimate are these vaccines really and could it be a means to possibly manage and control a global population. And just to elaborate could it be a strategy to decide and enforce who gets to live a healthy life and who gets to die. Some hard assumptions I know. But these are my assumptions based on everything that I’ve been exposed to and digging deeper into what is really happening behind the scenes.

One thing is for sure, we are living in the “end times” and there is a real invisible enemy who has already destroyed millions of lives across the world and is actively hard at work at taking more lives.

I know many of us are tired of hearing about the theories about COVID-19 and even seeing so many people suffering around the world. So many of us have lost loved ones and may even know people in our own circles who have seriously suffered after they contracted the virus. So please know that I am sincerely empathetic towards everyone who lost a loved one. In our family we have not lost anyone, but some did contract the virus, but everyone has however recovered, and we can only thank God for this.

A few days ago, I fell ill, and this is the second time this year. This is the second time around this year and initially I thought it was just mild flu symptoms and that my normal self-medication will relieve these flu-like symptoms. Almost a week later and the symptoms have worsened.

Some have asked is it COVID-19 and I have said that I will not accept this, as I did not get tested and instead, I chose to isolate myself, self-medicate and pray😊 and praise God I am getting stronger with every passing day.

But let’s reflect on this year and the impact that COVID-19 had on businesses and especially SME’s, people’s livelihood, financial resources, and income. It’s had a significant impact on many. Many of us had to and are still in the process of reinventing our businesses, ourselves and seeking out new ways and strategies to generate additional income in a very challenging global economic climate.

If you have not been seeking out new ways and strategies to add new or additional income streams, then I urge you to take action and seriously start pursuing this. There is no longer job security, in fact there hasn’t been for some time now and one can no longer depend on only one stream or one source of income. We must actively work on putting in place multiple streams of income.

Think about how much fear people have had this year. And I believe it is the work of the enemy. He knows that where there is fear, faith cannot function and for those of us who know the scripture, we know that it says that without faith it is impossible to please God.

Hebrews 11:6 NKJV

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

So, I encourage you stop putting your focus on the chaos. We walk by faith and not by sight. So, continue to focus and pursue your dreams and goals. Yes, in some instances we’ve had to restrategise, reprioritise, but know that that dream was put into your heart for a reason and with God’s help I believe every dream that He has given us will come to pass.

To me it feels like we have stepped into a season of great tribulation, famine, sickness, but don’t keep your eyes on these things, instead be a person of vision and focus your thoughts on what you want to experience in your life.

No matter what happens, God is coming back to a victorious people. Ephesians 5:27

Let’s look at the Cambridge dictionary meaning of victorious: having won a gamecompetitionelectionwar, etc.:

Collins dictionary says: You use victorious to describe someone who has won a victory in a struggle, war, or competition.

I believe by God’s grace we have a window period to work on the above, so let’s make a decision to trust God, ask Him for wisdom and strength to navigate our way through these difficult, challenging and uncertain times we find ourselves in.

And another important matter to pursue, is to work on getting yourself completely out of debt, as quickly as you can and become self-sustained, as far as food, water and power is concerned. Learn about how to use good debt to take care of bad debt and then work on generating income to settle the good debt.

And remember that no matter what happens. God is and remains faithful and He will never leave nor forsake us.

Much love.
